St John’s Apartment 1

We were instructed to design and detail a complete ‘back to brick’ refurbishment on this spacious apartment in St John’s Wood. 90% of the internal walls were removed and the whole apartment was re-modelled to create perfectly crafted en suite bathrooms in each bedroom. This instruction also included securing both the landlord’s and building regulation approval.

As the client lives abroad, extensive project management was required and we took full control of the contractor selection and on-site management. This involved overseeing the complete project from concept to handover.
