Atelier iad ltd were commissioned to re design a run down pub in Chelsea (West London) by our client James Blunt and his team. The brief was to retain the feel and character of the traditional pub. Incorporating a new basement to house a commercial kitchen, enclosing the existing beer garden to create a covered / alfresco dining space and also reconfigure the existing first floor accommodation transforming it into private dining and new bathroom facilities.
We obtained planning and numerous party wall awards along with the onsite management through to handover.
