Atelier iad Ltd worked closely with the clients to maximise natural day light within this property. Extending to the side at ground floor and double dormer extension was added to give a second floor. The extra space was required for the clients growing family.We gained planning approval for the scheme then produced the tender information, after the main contractor was appointed we project managed the whole build until handover. Making the journey as pain free for the client as possible
